摘 要:针对倾斜煤层半煤岩沿空掘巷围岩产生非对称大变形的难题,以贵州土城矿1509回风巷为例,进行了该类巷道合理煤柱宽度留设研究。基于极限平衡理论建立了倾斜煤层半煤岩沿空掘巷合理煤柱宽度计算模型,结合该矿实际生产地质条件计算得出煤柱合理理论宽度为4.68~5.46m;通过数值模拟分析了5种不同宽度煤柱下1509回风巷围岩塑性区分布、应力及位移演化规律,模拟结果表明:当煤柱宽度为5m时,巷道稳定性较好且能保证矿井的回采率。现场试验结果显示,1509回风巷采用留设5m宽煤柱进行掘进护巷后,巷道轮廓相对完整,变形明显减小,围岩完整性较好,有利于提高倾斜煤层半煤岩沿空掘巷的稳定性。Aiming at the asymmetric large deformation of surrounding rock caused by unreasonable coal pillar width of gob-side coal-rock entry driving in inclined coal seam, 1509 return airway of Tucheng Mine in Guizhou is taken as an example, to study the reasonable coal pillar width. Based on the limit equilibrium theory, the calculation model is established. Combining with the actual geological conditions, the reasonable theoretical width is 4.68~5.46m.The distribution of plastic zone, stress and displacement evolution of the roadway surrounding rock under five different widths of coal pillars are analyzed through numerical simulation. It is concluded that when the width is 5m, the roadway is more stable and the recovery rate can be guaranteed. The results of industrial test show that, with the 5m coal pillars, the contour of the roadway is more complete, the deformation is controlled, the inner wall of the roof and the two sides of the borehole is smooth and there is no collapse hole, the surrounding rock is intact, which is conducive to improving the stability of the coal-rock gob-side entry driving in inclined coal seam, and further verifies the reliability of the research results.
