摘 要:随着慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)5期的发病率不断增加,维持性血液透析(hematodialysis,HD)的患者人数日益增多。自体动静脉内瘘(arteriovenous fistula,AVF)是HD患者长期血管通路的首选方式。AVF狭窄是HD患者AVF失功的主要原因,其机制尚未完全阐明。CKD 5期患者常因血液代谢产物的种类及浓度发生改变而引起各种相关并发症,代谢组学技术的应用揭示了CKD患者体内存在的各种代谢紊乱。本文通过分析CKD患者血液代谢组学异常与AVF狭窄的相关性,希望为阐明AVF狭窄的机制及防治AVF狭窄提供新的思路。The number of the patients treated with maintenance hemodialysis(HD)is increasing due to the increasing incidence of stage 5 chronic kidney disease(CKD).Autologous arteriovenous fistula(AVF)is the preferable modality for long-term vascular access during HD.AVF stenosis is the main cause of AVF dysfunction in HD patients,but its mechanism has not been fully elucidated.Stage 5 CKD patients often have various complications due to the changes of metabolite content and concentration in blood.Various metabolic disorders in CKD patients have been uncovered by using the metabolomics technology.This article summarizes the correlation between abnormal blood metabolomics and AVF stenosis in CKD patients,to provide new ideas for elucidating the mechanism of AVF stenosis and for the prevention and treatment of AVF stenosis.
