构建中国特色的高质量企业档案工作体系

摘　　要：中共二十大报告擘画了全面建设社会主义现代化强国的宏伟蓝图,对企业档案工作提出了新要求。对标党的二十大精神,对企业档案工作体系建设工作进行相应的谋划是企业档案工作深入贯彻党的二十大精神的必然要求。通过分析国外现存企业档案工作体系特征、适应性,对标党的二十大精神,贯彻理论创新要求,提出建设支撑高质量发展的中国特色的高质量企业档案工作体系构建方向,并深入讨论企业档案治理体系和资源体系、利用体系、安全体系及企业档案信息化等的思路。The report of the 2oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China mapped out a grand blueprint for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,provided a scientific guide and fundamental adherence to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and put forward new requirements for enterprise archives work.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and adaptability of the existing enterprise archives work systems in foreign countries,the paper implements the innovation theory and requirements of The report of the 2oth National Congress of the Communist Party,proposes the direction of building a high-quality enterprise archives work system with Chinese characteristics to support high-quality development,and discusses in detail the ideas of enterprise archives governance system and resource system,utilization system,security system,and enterprise archives informatization.
