摘 要:近年来受极端天气影响,各地灾害频发,其中洪涝灾害对于纸质档案的破坏尤为严重,不仅能使档案制成材料遭受致命性损坏,还极易造成微生物污染。为了解洪涝灾害发生后水淹纸质档案的微生物特性,以郑州某医院水淹纸质档案为研究对象,对其上的微生物进行采样、鉴定与分析,得出水淹纸质档案的性能明显下降,其上滋生的微生物种类多达百余种,除了档案库房中常见的微生物类型外,还有由于洪水、医院等特殊环境带来的大量具有致病性的微生物,严重威胁着档案本体和抢救人员的安全。Affected by extreme weather,disasters have occurred frequently in various places in recent years,especially the flood disaster,which can not only directly cause fatal damage to the materials made of archives,but also easily cause microbial contamination of archives.In order to understand the microbial characteristics of flooded paper archives after the flood disaster,taking the flooded paper archives of a hospital in Zhengzhou as the research object,the paper samples,identifies and analyzes the microbes on them.It is found that the paper properties of flooded paper archives are obviously reduced,and there are more than 1oo kinds of microbes that breed on them.Besides the common microbial types in archives,there are also a large number of microbes with special pathogenicity caused by floods and special hospital environment,which seriously threaten the safety of archives and rescuers.
