新《档案法》背景下开展档案管理专业学位研究生教育的几点思考

摘　　要：档案事业主动适应社会发展关乎文化传承和国家进步,而保证档案事业高质量发展的档案学专业高等教育责任重大。根据《中华人民共和国档案法》和《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》精神,“开展档案管理专业学位研究生教育”势在必行。从社会实际出发,档案管理专业学位研究生教育应坚定“三个适应”,做到“三点区分”,以馆校合作作为办学基础、以七大工程作为重点借鉴,结合档案事业发展的大事定制培养目标、培养方案和课程体系,以期为新时期档案事业发展培养出合格的复合型、应用型人才。The initiative of archival undertakings to adapt to social development is related to cultural inheritance and national progress,and the higher education of archival science is responsible for ensuring the high-quality development of archival undertakings.According to the Archives Law of the People's Republic of China and the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Archives,it is imperative to carry out the education of archives management graduate students.From the social reality,the education should strengthen"three adaptations",differentiate"three differences",take the cooperation between the archives and the university as the basis of education,take the seven major projects as the key reference,set training goals,programs and curriculum system combined with the major events of the development of archives business,in order to cultivate qualified composite and applied talents for the development of archives business in the new era.
