民用建筑地下停车库通风防排烟设计研究

摘  要:近年来,随着汽车保有量的不断上升,很多民用建筑为了便于业主出行,大多设置了地下停车库,解决了业主的车辆停放问题。但是地下停车库通常都是全封闭的地下空间或半封闭的地下空间,且整体面积比较大,如果其内部通风效果不好,汽车产生的废气将难以顺利排出,一旦发生火灾就容易产生大量的有毒烟气,威胁建筑用户的生命财产安全。为此,介绍了民用建筑地下停车库通风防排烟设计要点,并对设计实例进行分析,以供参考。In recent years,with the continuous increase of car ownership,many civil buildings have set up underground parking garages for the convenience of owners,which well solves the problem of owners'car parking.However,the un-derground parking garage is usually a fully enclosed underground space or a semi-enclosed underground space,and the o-verall area is relatively large.If its internal ventilation effect is not good,the exhaust gas generated by the car will be diffi-cult to be discharged smoothly.In case of fire,it is easy to generate a large amount of toxic smoke,threatening the safety of life and property of building users.For this reason,the key points of ventilation and smoke control design for under-ground parking garage of civil buildings are introduced,and the design examples are analyzed for reference.
