绿色建筑工程管理进程中的主要问题及对策分析

摘　　要：目前,建筑行业的发展面临着激烈的市场竞争,导致本就经验不足的绿色建筑工程管理工作难以推进,在工程建设过程中将发生较多的问题,因此相关人员应当及时强化工程的管控力度,积极学习其他建筑企业绿色建筑工程管理的经验,并依据当前工程进展选择最合适的措施落实绿色建筑工程管理工作。基于此,对绿色建筑工程管理进程中的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策,以期为相关学者的研究提供参考。At present,the development of the construction industry is facing fierce market competition,which makes it difficult to promote the green building project management work with insufficient experience,and many problems will oc-cur in the process of project construction.Therefore relevant personnel should strengthen the management and control of the project in a timely manner,and actively learn from the experience of other construction enterprises in green building project management,And select the most appropriate measures to implement the green building project management ac-cording to the current project progress.Based on this,the problems in the process of green building project management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures around the problems,with a view to providing reference for relevant scholars.
