摘 要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加酵母糖蛋白、植物精油及其复合物对蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响。选取健康、体重及产蛋率接近的31周龄海兰灰蛋鸡288只,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理6个重复,每个重复12只蛋鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加300 mg/kg的酵母糖蛋白、200 mg/kg的植物精油、100 mg/kg的酵母糖蛋白与100 mg/kg的植物精油的复合物。试验期6周。结果显示:(1)日粮中添加酵母糖蛋白或植物精油对1~6周的平均蛋重、平均日采食量、料蛋比和产蛋率均无显著影响(P>0.05);(2)在试验第6周,酵母糖蛋白显著降低了料蛋比(P<0.05),且与对照组和复合物组相比,单独添加酵母糖蛋白或植物精油均提高了产蛋率7%以上;(3)日粮中添加酵母糖蛋白或复合物显著提高了蛋壳厚度(P<0.05),而日粮中添加植物精油或复合物显著提高了蛋壳强度(P<0.05)。以上结果说明,日粮中单独添加酵母糖蛋白或植物精油不影响蛋鸡产蛋性能,但有利于延长产蛋高峰期;在本试验条件下,日粮中同时添加酵母糖蛋白和植物精油有助于提高蛋壳质量。This study was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary yeast glycoprotein, essential oils and their combination on the laying performance and egg quality of laying hens. A total of 288 healthy thirty-one-week-old Hy-line gray commercial laying hens of similar body weight and laying rate were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates each group and 12 birds per replicate. Hens in the control group were fed with a corn-soybean meal basal diet, and hens in the experimental groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 300 mg/kg of yeast glycoprotein, 200 mg/kg of essential oils, and the combination of 100 mg/kg of yeast glycoprotein and 100 mg/kg of essential oils, respectively. The experiment lasted for 6 weeks. The results showed as follows:(1) Dietary supplementation of yeast glycoprotein or essential oil had no effect on the average egg weight, average daily feed intake, feed-to-egg ratio, or egg production rate during the 6 experimental weeks(P>0.05).(2) During the 6th week of the experiment, the supplemental yeast glycoprotein significantly reduced the feed-to-egg ratio of the hens(P<0.05). And the addition of yeast glycoprotein or essential oil increased their egg production rate by 7%, as compared with the control group and the group supplemented with the combination.(3) The addition of yeast glycoprotein or the complex significantly increased the eggshell thickness(P<0.05), while the addition of essential oils or the complex significantly increased the eggshell strength of the birds(P<0.05). In conclusion, the single supplementation of yeast glycoprotein or essential oils did not affect the laying performance of the hens, but it was conductive to extending the peak period of egg laying. In addition, the combination of yeast glycoprotein and essential oils improved the eggshell quality of the laying hens under the current experimental condition.
