摘　　要：准确评定家禽饲料原料中的净能含量可较为精准地计算饲料中用于家禽生长和生产的能量,节约饲料成本。文章综述了家禽净能需要量和能量及蛋白原料的净能测定方法,总结了主要能量和蛋白饲料原料在家禽中的净能值,以期为家禽生产中原料的净能评定、应用及数据库建立提供参考。Accurate determination of net energy value in feed ingredients is helpful for accurate estimation of available energy used for growth and production in the poultry and save feed costs in poultry production. The existing methods for evaluation of net energy for energy and protein feed ingredients of poultry are reviewed here. The net energy value of the main energy and protein feed ingredients in poultry are also summarized. This review is aimed to provide a reference for net energy evaluation, application and database establishment of raw materials in poultry production.
