高校推行学生校长助理制度的理论与实践探索——以南京信息工程大学为例

摘　　要：高校学生校长助理制度是高校开展学生民主管理与推进“三全育人”,构建现代大学制度体系的重要举措。聚焦学生校长助理制度在南京信息工程大学的实践历程,从学理探源、履责形式、成效彰显与路径展望四个维度,全方位探析学生校长助理制度的“信大模式”与“信大路径”。The university student principal assistant system is an important measure to promote students’ participation in democratic management,three all-round education and the construction of modern university system.By focusing on the practical process of the student assistant principal system in Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology,the "NUIST mode" and "NUIST path" are explored and analyzed in all four dimensions:the source of theory,the form of responsibility,the effectiveness of the performance and the path prospect.
