摘　　要：产学研合作是国家创新体系的重要内容,同时也是推动企业实现技术创新的驱动力。深入剖析产学研合作对企业技术创新能力的影响,厘清产学研合作及企业创新技术的内涵及相关理论,探讨产学研合作影响企业技术创新的运行机制及作用机理,提出可行的实践策略。Collaborative development of enterprises,universities and research institutions is not only an important part of the national innovation system, but also the driving force to promote enterprises to achieve technological innovation. Colleges and universities should analyze the impact of cooperation on the technological innovation capability of enterprises,clarify their connotations and related theoretical foundations, discuss the operation mechanism and mechanism of cooperation affecting technological innovation of enterprises,and put forward feasible practical strategies.
