摘  要:教育改革以来,在科教兴国战略背景下,我国医学高等教育获得长足发展,医学生科技创新能力稳步提升。临床医生对医学科技进步的推动作用不容小觑,他们基于临床工作中发现的实际问题开展科学研究,促使基础研究实现转化和应用。因此,培养医学本科生的科研素养是高等医学教育环节中必不可少的一环。文章结合所带医学本科生参与科研训练的具体实施过程,从医学本科生科研素养的现状、精读和汇报科研文献和撰写科研设计等环节,分析激发学生的科研兴趣,培养学生的科研意识、科研方法和科研精神,提高科研能力的行之有效的方法。Since the education reform,our country’s medical higher education has made great progress under the background of“the strategy of revitalizing China through science and education”,and the scientific and technological innovation ability of medical students has been steadily improved.The role of clinicians in promoting progress of medical science and technology must not be underestimated,since they conduct scientific research based on practical problems encountered in clinical work,which promotes the transformation and application of basic research.Cultivating scientific literacy in medical undergraduates is an indispensable part of higher medical education.Based on the specific training process of scientific research for the medical undergraduates,the authors discussed feasible methods in the aspects of the status quo of scientific literacy,intensive literature reading,presentation of literature,and writing of research design.These methods aim to motivate the medical undergraduates,so that they can raise scientific awareness,develop scientific spirit,and improve the research ability.
