摘　　要：本科毕业论文质量作为教育资源配置的重要参考依据,其质量对高校专业的建设和发展起着重要作用。为此,课题组在某医科大学预防医学专业本科生进行了基于学生内在需求的“师生双选、需求驱动、定向指导”毕业论文指导模式探索,教师指导积极性、学生实施主动性以及毕业论文质量均有所提升。经费问题是制约该模式的应用推广的关键性因素,导师团队指导形式有利于推动该模式的可持续发展。As an important criterion for the allocation of educational resources, the quality of undergraduate thesis plays a vital role in the construction and development of specialties in colleges and universities. Based on the internal needs of students, the authors explored a new thesis supervision mode of “Two-way choice, Needs-driven, and Targeted supervision” in the undergraduates of preventive medicine, and this mode increased teachers’ motivation, enhanced the initiative of students, and improved the quality of theses. Funding is the key factor restricting the application and promotion of this mode, and team supervision is conducive to its sustainable development.
