摘　　要：针对以往蒸压加气混凝土砌块应用于二次结构砌墙施工中暴露出的成本高、工期长等问题,提出装配式建筑ALC内隔墙板安装施工方案。选用新型ALC板应用于某钢筋混凝土框架结构项目施工中,解决原ALC材料应用于墙体安装、抹灰装饰环节存在的结构偏差、接缝开裂等问题,并选用专业吊装、安装工具与人工辅助模式相配合,提高ALC内墙隔板安装便捷度,保障板材完好、质量达标,实现免抹灰目标。In viewof the problems of high cost and long construction period exposed by the application of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks in the secondary structure wall construction in the past,this paper puts forward the installation and construction scheme of ALC internal partition board of prefabricated building.Anewtype ofALCboard is applied to the construction of a reinforced concrete frame structure project,which solves the problems of structural deviation and joint cracking existing in the application of the original ALC material to wall installation and plastering decoration.Professional hoisting and installation tools are selected to cooperate with manual assistance mode,so as to improve the installation convenience of ALC inner wall partition board,ensure that the board is in good condition and the quality is up to standard,and achieve the goal of plastering-free.
