摘　　要：目的探讨美塑疗法面部注射后出现并发症的种类及原因,总结有效的防治方法。方法回顾分析自2015年1月至2021年12月,大连市中心医院整形美容科收治的35例因美塑疗法面部注射出现淤青、红肿、瘙痒、毛囊炎等症状的患者,分析发病过程及并发症种类、采取对症治疗及全身抗炎抗过敏治疗,观察治疗效果。结果本组共35例患者,获随访3~36个月,29例痊愈(82.86%),4例有效(11.43%),2例无效(5.71%)。结论针对美塑疗法面部注射后出现并发症,应及时采取对症治疗,效果确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the types and causes of complications after facial injection with mesotherapy,and to summarize effective prevention and treatment methods.Methods From January 2015 to December 2021,there were 35 patients with bruising,redness,itching,folliculitis and other symptoms due to mesotherapy facial injection were retrospectively analyzed,and the pathogenesis and types of complications were analyzed,symptomatic treatment and systemic anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic treatment were taken to observe the treatment effect.Results A total of 35 patients in this group were followed up for 3 to 36 months,29 cases recovered(82.86%),4 cases were effective(11.43%),and 2 cases were ineffective(5.71%).Conclusion In view of the complications after facial injection of mesotherapy,symptomatic treatment should be taken in time,and the effect is accurate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
