摘  要:目的评估双极射频促进家兔皮肤收缩的作用。方法自2021年9月至2022年6月,南京中医药大学附属医院整形外科选取24只新西兰成年家兔,设计腹部皮肤射频治疗区域,以不同的射频温度和射频功率随机分成12组,2只/组。观察射频治疗术前、术后即刻、术后1月、术后3月治疗区皮肤收缩情况,通过射频区面积计算评估皮肤收缩幅度;HE染色评估皮肤厚度差异;Masson染色评估胶原含量变化。结果各组家兔均出现不同程度的皮肤收缩,当温度设定在36℃、38℃、40℃时,较低功率(16~22 W)治疗后,术后即刻、术后1个月、术后3个月与术前比较均显示皮肤显著横向收缩(P<0.05),并且治疗部位无结节、水疱烧伤等并发症;HE染色可见术后即刻、术后1个月、3个月与术前相比,皮肤及皮下组织厚度减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且术后各个时间段之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Masson染色结果表明,皮肤及皮下组织经过射频治疗后,皮肤胶原蛋白间隙缩小、皮肤收缩,胶原纤维重组,原有的排列顺序被打破,胶原间空隙被压缩,组织排列较术前紧密,真皮层与皮下交界处可见增厚的胶原蛋白带与弹力纤维。结论双极射频具有良好的促进皮肤收缩的作用,且对组织损伤较小,恢复较快,操作较为安全,治疗效果能够维持3个月以上。Objective To evaluate the effect of bipolar radiofrequency therapy in promoting skin contraction in rabbits.Methods From September 2021 to June 2022,24 New Zealand rabbits were selected to design the abdominal skin radiofrequency treatment area,and take into 12 groups of 2 in different radiofrequency temperature and radiofrequency power arrangements.The skin contraction of the treatment area before and immediately after radiofrequency therapy and 1 month and 3 months after radiofrequency therapy was observed,and the skin contraction range was evaluated by calculating the area of the radiofrequency area.HE staining to assess skin thickness differences;Masson staining to assess changes in collagen content.Results All rabbits in each group experienced different degrees of skin contraction.The temperature was set at 36℃,38℃and 40℃,after lower power(16~22 W)treatment,significant lateral skin contraction could be seen immediately after surgery,1 month after surgery and 3 months after surgery compared with preoperative,and there were no complications such as nodules,blister burns and other complications at the treatment site(P<0.05).HE staining showed that the thickness of skin and subcutaneous tissue was significantly reduced immediately after surgery,at 1 month and 3 months after surgery compared with before surgery(P<0.05),and there was no significant significance between postoperative time periods(P>0.05).The results of Masson staining showed that after radiofrequency treatment,the skin collagen gap was reduced,the skin contracted,the collagen fibers were restructured,the original arrangement order was broken,the collagen space was compressed,the tissue arrangement was closer than before the operation,and thickened collagen bands and elastic fibers could be seen at the junction between the dermis layer and the subcutaneous layer.Conclusion Bipolar radio frequency has a good function of tightening the skin,and has little tissue damage,quick recovery,safe operation,and the therapeutic effect can last for more th
