生理-心理-社会协同护理模式在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨生理-心理-社会协同护理模式对慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理能力与生活质量的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2020年7月—2021年6月在商丘市第一人民医院心内科住院的慢性心力衰竭患者116例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(57例)与干预组(59例)。对照组采用常规护理方法,干预组在对照组的基础上实施生理-心理-社会协同护理模式。采用心力衰竭自我护理指数、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷比较干预的效果。结果干预6个月后,干预组患者心力衰竭自我护理指数总分及各维度评分均高于对照组,明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷总分及各维度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生理-心理-社会协同护理模式有助于改善慢性心力衰竭患者的自我护理能力与生活质量,建议临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of physiology-psychology-social collaborative nursing model on self-care ability and life of quality in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 116 patients with chronic heart failure who were hospitalized in Department of Cardiology of the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as research objects by the convenient sampling method.The patients were divided into the control group(57 cases)and the intervention group(59 cases)by the random number table method.The control group adopted the conventional nursing method,while the intervention group implemented the physiological-psychological-social collaborative nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The Heart failure Self-care Index and Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire were used to compare the effects of the intervention.Results After 6 months of intervention,the total scores and score of each dimension of Heart failure Self-care Index in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,the total score and scores of each dimension of Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The physiological-psychological-social collaborative nursing model is helpful to improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure,which is recommended for clinical application.
