摘 要:目的 鉴定一种含三氯生的医用消毒超声耦合剂的中和剂,建立微生物限度检查方法。方法 依据2002年版《消毒技术规范》,对中和剂进行鉴定。依据YY 0299—2016和《中国药典》2020年版四部,观察该消毒超声耦合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉的回收率。结果 10 g/L胰蛋白胨+5 g/L氯化钠+100 g/L吐温80+5 g/L硫代硫酸钠+1 g/L组氨酸可有效中和该消毒超声耦合剂对试验菌的抑制作用,以上述中和剂为稀释液,试验组控制菌的回收率在73%~98%;中和剂对照组控制菌的回收率在71%~102%,试验组在平板上有相应菌落生长,并呈现典型的菌落特征,中和剂对照组均不长菌。结论 通过优化中和剂,建立该消毒超声耦合剂微生物限度检查方法。Objective To screen the best neutralizer for a medical disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent containing triclosanand, and to establish a method for microbial limit detect.Methods According to Disinfection Technical Specification(2002), suitable neutralizers was screened out. According to the requirements of YY 0299—2016 and 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia Vol IV, the recovery rate of the disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent to Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis, Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger was investigated.Results 10 g/L tryptone+ 5 g/L sodium chloride+100 g/L Tween 80+5 g/L sodium thiosulfate+1 g/L histidinecan could effectively neutralize the inhibitory effect of the disinfection ultrasonic coupling agent on the test bacteria, and the recovery rate of the control bacteria in the test group was between 73%-98% with the above neutralizing agent as the dilution. The recovery rate of the control bacteria in the neutralizer control group was between 71%-102%, and the experimental group had corresponding colony growth on the plate, and showed typical colony characteristics, and the neutralizer control group had no bacteria. Conclusion By optimizing the neutralizing agent, the microbial limit detection method of the disinfection ultrasonic couplant is established.
