摘 要:目的 研究某二氧化氯雾化消毒机对密闭空间内物体表面消毒的最佳作用浓度、时间及其消毒效果。方法 以布片和金属片为载体,研究二氧化氯300、400和500 mg/L时,3个不同作用时间对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌的实验室杀菌效果;模拟现场试验研究二氧化氯300和400 mg/L喷雾消毒对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌效果;现场试验选择密闭空间内物体表面样本30组,用二氧化氯400 mg/L喷雾消毒效果,计算杀灭对数值。结果 二氧化氯400 mg/L对布片载体(喷雾消毒15 min,密闭作用10 min)、金属载体(喷雾消毒25 min,密闭作用1 h)上3种菌的平均杀灭对数值均>3.00。模拟现场试验中,二氧化氯400 mg/L喷雾消毒15 min,密闭作用10 min, 3次试验的杀灭对数值>3.00,在同样的条件下,现场试验中30个不同试验位点的杀灭对数值>1.0。结论 该雾化消毒机使用二氧化氯400 mg/L,喷雾消毒25 min,关机后密闭作用1 h,对密闭空间内物体表面可达到标准要求的消毒效果。Objective To study the optimal concentration, time and disinfection effect of a chlorine dioxide atomizer on the surface of objects in confined space. Methods In laboratory experiments, S.aureus, E.coli and P.aeruginosa were used as test strains, and cloth and metal sheets were used as carriers to study the bactericidal effect of chlorine dioxide at 300, 400 and 500 mg/L for three different times. In the simulated field test, S.aureus was used as the test strain. The pasteurization method was used to study the bactericidal effect of 300 and 400 mg/L chlorine dioxide spray disinfection for 15 min and closed for 10 min. In the field test, 30 groups of surface samples of objects in a closed space were selected and disinfected with 400 mg/L chlorine dioxide spray for 15 min and closed for 10 min. Samples were taken before and after disinfection to calculate the killing log values. Results When the chlorine dioxide was 400 mg/L, with spraying for 15 min and closed for 10 min, the average killing log value of all three bacteria strains was >3.00 with cloth carrier. However, when the carrier changed as metal, it needed 25 min spraying time and closed for 1 h. In the simulated field test, when the chlorine dioxide was 400 mg/L, with the spraying for 15 min and closed for 10 min, the killing log value in the three tests were all >3.00. Under the same conditions, the killing logarithm values of 30 samples in different sites of the field test were all >1.0. Conclusion Based on the principle of strictness and all-round consideration, the chlorine dioxide should be sprayed for 25 minutes at the concentration of 400 mg/L and then closed for 1 h after shutdown, which can meet the standard disinfection effect on the surface of objects in confined space.
