摘　　要：目的 了解某医院综合性重症监护病房(GICU)环境物体表面和医护人员手表面金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)和鲍曼不动杆菌(AB)的分布特征及耐药性。方法 以2018—2020年该院GICU 6类环境物体表面和医护人员手样本进行目标病原菌分离,并参照美国临床和实验室标准协会(CLSI)2019年标准判定药敏结果,使用SPSS 22.0软件进行数据统计分析。结果 共检测1 040件样本,SA和AB检出率分别为6.92%和7.69%。7类调查对象中患者直接接触物品SA和AB检出率均居首位,分别为12.50%和28.75%。SA对大环内酯类、β-内酰胺类和喹诺酮类抗菌药物普遍耐药,但对利奈唑胺、呋喃妥因、利福平等药物敏感;AB对各类抗菌药物普遍耐药,但对复方新诺明敏感。结论 该院应加强对GICU内患者直接接触物品表面消毒,应根据药敏结果及时调整临床用药策略。Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics and drug resistance of S. aureus(SA) and A. baumannii(AB) on the surface of environmental objects in the generalintensive care unit(GICU) of a hospital and hands of medical staff. Methods The target pathogens were isolated from the surfaces of six categories of environmental objects in GICU and the hand samples of medical staff from 2018 to 2020, and the results of drug sensitivity were determined according to the 2019 standard of the American Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI). The data was analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software. Results A total of 1 040 samples were tested, and the SA and AB detection rates were 6.92% and 7.69%, respectively. Among the seven categories of respondents, the detection rate of SA and AB ranked first, with 12.50% and 28.75% respectively. SA was generally resistant to macrolides, β-lactams, and quinolone santimicrobials, but it was sensitive to antibiotics such as linezolid, nitrofurantoin, and rifampin. AB was generally resistant to various antibiotics, but sensitive to trimethoprim. Conclusion The hospital should strengthen the surface disinfection of directly contacted patients in GICU, and adjust to the clinical medication strategy in time according to the drug sensitivity results.
