摘 要:本文采用Ni/TiO_(2)催化剂在固定床反应器中对4-氯硝基苯进行选择性加氢制备4-氯苯胺进行了研究。通过考察温度、压力、空速、氢油比以及催化剂颗粒大小等影响因素,得到了最佳催化加氢反应条件,温度80℃、氢压0.3 MPa、空速5 h^(-1)、氢油比为100、催化剂粒径为20~40目。在此条件下,以四氢呋喃为溶剂,4-氯硝基苯的单程转化率可以达到100%,4-氯苯胺的选择性高达99.8%。且Ni/TiO_(2)催化剂在固定床中连续反应72 h仍具有较高的活性和选择性。The selective hydrogenation of 4-chloronitrobenzene to 4-chloroaniline in a fixed-bed reactor using Ni/TiO_(2) catalyst was studied.The optimum catalytic hydrogenation reaction conditions were obtained by investigating the factors of temperature,pressure,space velocity,hydrogen-to-oil ratio and catalyst particle size:temperature of 80℃,hydrogen pressure of 0.3 MPa,space velocity of 5 h^(-1),hydrogen/oil ratio of 100,catalyst particle size of 20~40 mesh.Under this condition,using tetrahydrofuran as solvent,the conversion of 4-chloronitrobenzene was 100%,the regioselectivity of 4-chloroaniline was 99.8%.The Ni/TiO_(2) catalyst remained high activity and selectivity after 72 h continuous reaction in a fixed bed.
