摘　　要：采用3-甲基-N,N-二羟乙基苯胺为原料,经过氰乙基化、醛基化合成3-甲基-4-醛基-N,N-二氰乙基氧乙基苯胺。讨论了原料的用量、反应时间和温度对产率的影响,得到最佳原料配比、反应温度和时间,并给出了反应过程中产生的废水、废气的处理方法。3-Methyl-4-formyl-N,N-di(cyanoethyloxyethyl)aniline was synthesized from m-tolyldiethanolamine by cyanoethylation and hydroformylation.The effects of molar ratio,reaction time and temperature on the yield were discussed.The optimum molar ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time were obtained.The waste water and waste gas that produced in the reaction process were treated rationally.
