摘  要:以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,3-巯基丙酸为链转移剂,采用溶液聚合制备了三元共聚超分散剂。利用IR和~1H-NMR表征其结构。将此分散剂应用于酞菁蓝颜料表面改性处理,讨论了不同条件对颜料性能的影响。结果表明,St∶BA∶AMPS为1∶1∶0.5,引发剂用量和链转移剂用量分别为单体总量的2.0%和1.0%,反应温度为70℃时,颜料分散体系粒径最小,为154.1 nm,Zeta电位为-29.8 mV,光学显微镜表明分散体系中颜料粒子均匀分布,比吸光度为96.83%,说明分散剂显著提高了体系的分散稳定性。Using styrene(ST),butyl acrylate(BA)and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS)as monomers,azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator,and 3-mercaptopropionic acid as chain transfer agent,a terpolymer hyper-disperant was prepared by solution polymerization.Its structure was characterized by IR and'H-NMR.The surface modification treatment of phthalocyanine blue pigment by the polymeric dispersant was studied,and the effects of different reaction conditions on the dispersion performance of the pigment were discussed.The results showed the optimum conditions were the ratio of St:BA:AMPS=1:1:0.5,the amount of initiator and chain transfer agent of 2.0%and 1.0%of the total amount of monomers,and the temperature of 70.In the conditions,the minimum mean particle size of the pigment dispersion system was obtained,it was 154.1 nm,and the Zeta potential was-29.8 mV.The results of optical microscopy showed that the pigment particles in the dispersion system were evenly distributed,and the specific absorbance was 96.83%,indicating that the dispersant significantly improved the dispersion stability of the system.
