摘  要:以间苯二甲酸(IPA)、二甘醇(DEG)为原料,采用直接酯化缩聚方法制备了IPA-DEG芳香族聚酯多元醇,并以IR和1H-NMR表征了分子结构。探究了真空度和催化剂种类对聚酯多元醇酸值的影响。结果表明,在酯化反应后期,以二丁基二月桂酸锡为催化剂,真空度为0.098 MPa,反应2 h时,合成效果最好。该聚酯多元醇与MDI反应制备成薄膜,在高温烘烤前后拉伸强度无明显变化,表明在聚酯主链中引入苯环可提高产品的耐高温性能。IPA-DEG aromatic polyester polyols were prepared by direct esterification-polycondensation method with isophthalic acid(IPA)and diethylene glycol(DEG),and the structures were characterized by IR and'H-NMR.The effects of vacuum degree and catalyst type on the acid value of polyester polyols were investigated.The results showed in the later stage of the esterification an optimum synthesis was obtained,vacuum degree 0.098 MPa,reaction time 2 h,in the presence of catalyst dibutyltin dilaurate.A film prepared by reaction of polyester polyol and MDI,and its tensile strength did not change obviously before and after baking at high temperature,indicating that the introduction of benzene ring in the polyester backbone could improve the product's heat resistance.
