摘　　要：建立了一种对氨基苯酚的液相色谱分析方法。采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器对甲醇溶解的对氨基苯酚产品中各种有机组分进行分离,用保留时间定性,峰面积外标法定量。A HPLC method for the determination of p-aminophenol was established.The methanol dissolved p-aminophenol and its organic impurities were separated by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector.The qualitative and the quantitative analyses were carried out based on the retention time and external calibration of peak area.
