摘　　要：北京工人体育场屋盖结构体系受力复杂,杆件局部受力变化对整体结构影响较大,且由于结构整体性强,钢结构成型前需要构件承担施工过程中的自重荷载。为了解决这一个问题,设置了23个超高组合截面临时支撑体系来承受结构自重荷载。对临时支撑体系整体设计进行分析,同时论述了临时支撑的安装及拆除过程;为了保证临时支撑在安装、拆除和使用过程的安全性,采用MIDAS Gen软件进行有限元模拟。结果表明临时支撑能有效承受钢结构未成型时的自重荷载,同时安装、拆除和使用过程中临时支撑的位移和应力均能满足要求。The structural system of the roof of Beijing Workers Stadium has complex forces,and the local force variation of the bars has a great influence on the overall structure.Moreover,due to the strong structural integrity,the steel structure needs members to bear the dead weight load during the construction process before forming.In order to solve this problem,23 super-high composite section temporary support systems were set to bear the dead weight load of the structure.The whole design of temporary support system was analyzed,and the installation and unloading process of temporary support were discussed.In order to ensure the safety of temporary support during installation,unloading and using,MIDAS Gen software was used for finite element simulation.The results show that the temporary support can effectively bear the dead weight load when the steel structure is not formed,and the displacement and stress of temporary support can meet the requirements in the process of installation,unloading and using.
