摘  要:北京工人体育场工程因基坑占地面积大、工期紧,物资完全依赖塔吊不满足进度要求,设计了一道钢栈桥供运输及施工车辆行驶,便于材料运输及施工,加快施工速度。介绍了钢栈桥整体安装过程,采用MIDAS Gen软件对安装过程进行有限元模拟,验证了钢栈桥的安全性;建立健康监测系统进行荷载试验监测,确保钢栈桥运营期间的可靠性。结果表明,钢栈桥在安装过程和运营期间安全、可靠,能有效抵御车辆的往复荷载。Beijing Workers Stadium project because of the large area foundation pit and tight construction period,relying on the tower crane for materials completely does not meet the schedule requirements.A steel trestle was designed for transportation and construction vehicles,which was convenient for material transportation and construction and speeded up construction speed.The whole installation process of steel trestle was introduced.The finite element simulation of the installation process was carried out by MIDAS Gen software to ensure the safety of steel trestle.The health monitoring system of steel trestle was established to carry out load test and ensure the reliability of trestle project in service period.The results show that the steel trestle is safe and reliable in the installation process and service period,the steel trestle can effectively resist the reciprocating load of vehicles.
