摘 要:医疗类建筑作为重点设防类公共建筑,如何保证其在地震过程中“功能不中断”一直是备受关注的研究课题。对于高烈度区医疗建筑,《建设工程抗震管理条例》(国令第744号)提出需进行多遇及设防地震工况的包络设计。而单纯通过加大构件截面尺寸的传统设计方法往往效果不佳,且易出现“肥梁胖柱”现象。为了有效控制结构构件的截面尺寸从而满足建筑的使用要求,采用在结构中增设金属阻尼器的消能减震设计方法,对减震及非减震结构进行不同地震工况下的时程分析。研究结果表明:减震结构在设防地震作用下能够满足《建设工程抗震管理条例》(国令第744号)中正常使用的各项性能指标;同时在罕遇地震作用下能够较好实现“强柱弱梁”的设计目标,抗震性能较纯框架体系好。通过模拟医疗冷库用房环境进行阻尼器的性能测试,进一步证明了低温环境下阻尼器力学性能稳定,滞回曲线饱满。Medical buildings,as the key fortifications of public buildings,how to realize its uninterrupted function in the earthquake has been a research topic of concern.For medical buildings in high intensity areas,The seismic management regulations for construction projects(Decree No.744)proposes envelope design for frequent and fortification earthquake conditions.The traditional design method simply by increasing the cross-sectional size of the component is often ineffective,and it is easy to appear“fat beam and fat column”phenomenon.In order to effectively control the cross-sectional size of structural components to meet the use requirements of the building,the energy dissipation and vibration reduction design method of adding metal dampers to the structure was used to analyze the time history of the damping and non-damping structures under different seismic conditions.The research results show that the damping structure can meet the performance indexes of the normal use in the The seismic management regulations for construction projects(Decree No.744)under the action of fortification earthquake.At the same time,the design goal of“strong column and weak beam”can be better realized under rare earthquakes,and the seismic performance is better than that of pure frame system.The performance test of the damper was carried out by simulating the environment of the medical cold storage room,which further proves that the mechanical properties of the damper are stable and the hysteresis curve is full in the low-temperature environment.
