摘 要:烘丝工序是卷烟制丝生产的关键环节,其设备状态决定着生产是否能正常进行,如果设备带病运行,将会降低烟丝质量。对烘丝机的健康状态进行评估和故障定位对及时掌握设备状态,降低因延时维修造成的经济损失十分关键。提出了一种基于层次分析法的烘丝机设备健康度评估方法。该方法基于传感器采集的设备实时运行数据和统计的历史数据,构建烘丝机设备健康度指标体系,以百分数的形式表示当前设备健康状态。在烘丝机发生故障时,系统可以进行故障定位和故障等级划分,从而提高设备的维修效率。The drying process is the key part of cigarette silk production,and its equipment status determines whether the production can be carried out normally or not.If the equipment runs with errors,the quality of cigarette silk will decrease.Health status evaluation and fault identification of the tobacco drier are crucial for operators to master the equipment status,thus reduce the economic losses caused by delayed maintenance.A health evaluation method of tobacco drier equipment based on analytic hierarchy process is proposed in this paper.The proposed method constructs the health index system of tobacco dryer based on the real-time data and historical data collected by sensors.The current equipment status is represents by a score.When the tobacco drier has a fault,the system could locate the fault and classify the fault level,thus improves the maintenance efficiency of cigarette factory equipment.
