摘 要:随着科技、经济的发展,我国化工领域中与计算机的结合也越来越紧密,尤为特殊的是数字化转型,它已经成为企业提升竞争力的必然选择。同时在化工行业出现了各种不同功能的软件,其中全真模拟的三维配管设计软件在工艺设计、数字化工厂及交付、管道施工安装等领域都有了很大的发展。探讨全真模拟的三维配管设计软件在数字化交付过程中的应用,先介绍了数字化交付和三维配管软件的概念,再分析了建立数字化交付中三维配管设计软件应用的优点和缺点。The combination of computer and chemical industry in China is becoming more and more closely,especially the digital transformation.It has become an inevitable choice for enterprises to improve their competitiveness.At the same time in the chemical industry there have been a variety of different functions of software,including full simulation of three-dimensional piping design software in process design,digital factory and delivery,pipeline construction and installation and other fields have been greatly developed.This paper discusses the application of fully simulated 3D piping design software in the process of digital delivery.Firstly,this paper introduces the concepts of digital delivery and 3D piping design software,and then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in the application of 3D piping design software in the establishment of digital delivery.
