摘 要:在新能源场站配置同步调相机是提升新能源送出能力的有效措施,但也给系统带来了暂态功角失稳的风险。首先,通过网络化简,建立新能源场站同步调相机暂态分析数学模型。然后,分析新能源动态影响下同步调相机的暂态功角失稳形态,基于等面积定则解释其失稳机理并提出暂态失稳判据。最后,通过实际新能源送出系统的简化模型和IEEE 39节点改进系统仿真验证了理论分析的有效性。结果表明,无论新能源低电压穿越控制深度高低,新能源场站附近部署的同步调相机均有暂态功角加速失稳的风险,需要在新能源送出系统的配置规划及运行控制中予以考虑。The configuration of the synchronous condenser(SC) in the renewable energy station is an effective measure to improve the transmission capacity of renewable energy, but it also brings the risk of transient angle instability to the system. First, through the network simplification, the transient analysis mathematical model of SCs in the renewable energy station is established. Then,the transient power angle instability mode of SC is analyzed under the dynamic influence of renewable energy. The instability mechanism is explained and the criterion of transient instability is proposed based on the equal area criterion. Finally, the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis is verified through the simplified model of the actual renewable energy sending system and the improved IEEE 39-bus system simulation. Results show that the SC deployed near a renewable energy station has the risk of transient power angle accelerating instability,no matter the control depth of renewable energy low voltage ride-through is low or high, which needs to be considered in the configuration planning and operation control of renewable energy sending system.
