长三角区域一体化发展背景下安徽农业信贷担保体系发展研究

摘　　要：近年来,中央和安徽省委多次锁定“三农”主题,要求加快建立健全、做大做强农业信贷担保体系,着力解决农业适度规模经营和新型农业经营主体融资难、融资贵的难题。经过近五年的发展建设,安徽省农业信贷担保体系初步形成,但仍待进一步完善。文章基于长三角区域一体化发展的大背景,对进一步加快安徽省农业信贷融资担保体系基层网络建设、加快农业信贷担保业务创新开发、加强农业信贷担保体系风险管制、提高农业信贷担保服务质量进行了深入研究。In recent years,the Party Central Committee and Anhui Provincial Party Committee have repeatedly focused on the theme of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",emphasized speeding up the establishment and improvement of the agricultural credit guarantee system and expanding and strengthening the agricultural credit guarantee system,and making great efforts to solve the problems of low availability in financing and high cost in financing cost for moderate scale agricultural operation enterprises and new agricultural operation enterprises.After nearly five years of development and construction,the agricultural credit guarantee system in Anhui Province has initially formed,but it still needs to be further improved.Based on the background of the Yangtze River Delta regional integration,this paper conducts an in-depth study on further accelerating the construction of the grass-roots network of the agricultural credit financing guarantee system in Anhui Province,accelerating the innovative development of agricultural credit guarantee business,strengthening the risk control of agricultural credit guarantee system,and improving the quality of agricultural credit guarantee service.
