微针射频术治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床效果及对患者心理状态的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析微针射频术治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的效果及对患者心理状态的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年12月广西医大开元埌东医院皮肤科门诊收治的86例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者。使用随机摸球法将研究对象分为研究组及对照组各43例。研究组给予微针射频术治疗,对照组给予超脉冲CO 2点阵激光治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果及患者治疗前后的心理状态。结果:治疗后研究组痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗时自评疼痛评分及治疗后不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显降低,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微针射频术治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕疗效好,且不良反应少,能够缓解患者焦虑及抑郁情绪,有利于患者身心健康,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the effect of radiofrequency microneedle on acne scar and the psychological state of patients with acne pitting scar.Methods A total of 86 patients with acne pitting scar in the outpatient department from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.The random ball taking method was used to divide the study subjects into the research group and the control group,with 43 cases each.The research group(43 cases)was given microneedle radiofrequency surgery,and the control group(43 cases)was given super-pulsed CO 2 lattice laser.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the psychological state of the patients before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the echelle d'evaluation clinique des cicatrices d'acne(ECCA)of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The self-rated pain score and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microneedle radiofrequency therapy in the treatment of acne pitting scar has good curative effect and few adverse reactions.At the same time,it can relieve patients’anxiety and depression,which is beneficial to patients’physical and mental health,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
