摘 要:目的对比常规干预与孕期营养管理用于围生期孕妇保健工作中的效果。方法选择我院2021年10月至2022年3月收治的孕妇96例进行研究,纳入对象自愿配合研究,且均在本院完成分娩,均为单胎。依据双色球法分为两组,每组48例。对照组围生期孕妇保健工作中开展常规干预,观察组除了常规干预,还重点加强孕期营养管理。对比干预前后营养状况、分娩方式、营养改善时间、妊娠并发症及围生儿不良结局情况。结果干预前,两组营养状况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组营养指标如血清总蛋白、血脂、血钙、铁均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自然分娩率高于对照组,营养改善时间短于对照组,妊娠并发症总发生率、围生儿不良结局总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规干预比较,围生期孕妇保健工作中开展孕期营养管理,能促使孕妇更快改善机体营养状况,还可提高自然分娩率,减少妊娠并发症发生,降低围生儿不良结局率。Objective To compare the effect of routine intervention and nutrition management during pregnancy on perinatal maternal health care.Methods 96 pregnant women who were admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to March 2022 were selected for the study.The subjects volunteered to cooperate with the study,and all delivered in our hospital,all of them were singletons.The dichromatic method was divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine intervention in perinatal maternal health care,while the observation group also focused on strengthening nutrition management during pregnancy in addition to routine intervention.Compare the nutritional status before and after the intervention,as well as the delivery mode,nutritional improvement time,pregnancy complications and perinatal adverse outcomes.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in nutritional status between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the nutritional indicators such as serum total protein,blood lipids,blood calcium and iron in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the nutritional improvement time was shorter than that of the control group,the total incidence of pregnancy complications and the total incidence of perinatal adverse outcomes were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine intervention,carrying out nutrition management during pregnancy in perinatal pregnant women's health care can promote pregnant women to improve their nutritional status faster,it can also improve the natural delivery rate,reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications,and reduce the adverse outcome rate of perinatal infants.
