摘 要:目的分析高压氧综合治疗糖尿病足的效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年9月我院收治的糖尿病足患者74例为研究对象,以随机单双数法分为对照组37例(进行基础性治疗)、观察组37例(进行高压氧综合治疗),对比两种不同治疗方式下患者的血糖、足动脉峰流速和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床总有效率为97.30%(36/37),高于对照组的81.08%(30/37),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.045,P<0.05);治疗前两组患者流速足动脉患侧峰流速度以及平均速度等和对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者足动脉患侧流速以及腘动脉患侧流速均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前观察组患者空腹血糖、三酰甘油等指标和对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者三酰甘油、血糖、血清胆固醇均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者ABI、感觉阈值指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患儿感觉阈值以及ABI均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为糖尿病足患者进行高压氧综合治疗可有效提升治疗效果和安全性。Objective To analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on diabetic foot.Methods A total of 74 diabetic foot patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the study objects,37 patients in the control group were randomly divided into the single and even number method for basic treatment,and 37 patients in the observation group for comprehensive treatment with hyperbaric oxygen,and the indicators such as blood glucose,foot artery peak velocity and adverse reactions were compared under two different treatment methods.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.30%(36/37),higher than 81.08%(30/37)of the control group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=5.045,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),but the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose,triglyceride and other indexes between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);the triglyceride,blood glucose and serum cholesterol in the treatment and nursing observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ABI and sensory threshold between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the sensory threshold and ABI in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined therapy for diabetic foot can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and safety.
