摘  要:目的研究强脉冲光在面部皮肤美容中的应用效果及对患者预后满意度的影响。方法研究时段是2017年1月至2019年1月,研究对象是我院接收的120例要求面部皮肤美容患者,根据皮肤的不同表现具体分成A组(色素沉着组)、B组(毛细血管扩张组)及C组(皮肤粗糙松弛),各40例,比较3组的临床疗效、预后满意度及不良反应。结果A组的有效率(97.50%)均高于B组82.50%、C组80.00%,P<0.05;A组预后满意度(100.00%)高于B组87.50%,C组85.00%,P<0.05;A组的不良反应发生率(5.00%)低于B组22.50%、C组25.00%,P<0.05。结论强脉冲光治疗要求面部皮肤美容的患者能提高整体疗效,避免发生红肿不良反应,不会对正常组织造成破坏,确保患者对治疗满意度≥80%。Objective To study the application effect of intense pulse light in facial skin cosmetology and its effect on patients'satisfaction with prognosis.Methods The study time was from January 2017 to January 2019,the research object is the hospital received 120 cases of patients with facial skin beauty,according to the different performance of skin specific divided into group A(pigmentation)and group B(capillary expansion group)and group C(rough skin flabby)each 40 cases,compare the three groups of clinical curative effect,prognosis,satisfaction and adverse reactions.Results The effective rate of group A(97.50%)was higher than that of group B(82.50%)and group C(80.00%),P<0.05.The prognostic satisfaction rate of group A(100.00%)was higher than that of group B(87.50%)and group C(85.00%),P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in group A(5.00%)was lower than that in group B(22.50%)and group C(25.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion Intense pulsed light treatment of patients with facial skin beauty can improve overall curative effect,avoid red adverse reaction,will not cause damage to normal tissue,make sure it's 80%or greater satisfaction with treatment.
