摘 要:目的分析血常规检验价值,评价血样采集部位、采血后检测时间对血常规检验结果的影响,为血常规检验工作提供参考,以确保检验准确性。方法选择我院2019年8月至2020年2月进行血常规检验的血样提供者,总计200例。血样采集部位包括静脉血、末梢血,经全自动血液分析仪检验血常规,比较不同血样采集部位血常规[白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白浓度(Hb)]检验结果。另外,对比采血后检测时间(采血后0~30 min、2 h、4 h)对血常规检验结果的影响。结果血样采集部位静脉血、末梢血血常规(WBC、PLT、RBC、Hb)检验结果差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。另外,采血后0~30 min血常规检测WBC、Hb、PLT、RBC指标水平明显有别于采血后2 h以及4 h,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。采血后2 h、4 h血常规检测WBC、Hb、PLT、RBC指标水平差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论血样采集部位、采血后不同检测时间均可影响血常规检验结果,为了避免采血部位、检测时间对检验结果准确性的影响,血样采集部位建议静脉采血,采血后检测时间越早越好,以采血后30 min内为宜,以最大程度上提高血常规检验结果准确性。Objective To analyze the value of routine blood tests,to evaluate the influence of the location of blood sample collection and the detection time after blood sampling on the results of routine blood tests,to provide a reference for routine blood tests to ensure the accuracy of the test.Methods Choose blood sample providers who have performed routine blood tests in our hospital from August 2019 to February 2020,a total of 200 cases.The blood sample collection site includes venous blood and peripheral blood.The blood routine is checked by an automatic blood analyzer,and the blood routine of different blood sample collection sites(WBC,PLT,RBC,Hb)were compared test results.In addition,the comparison of the effect of the detection time after blood collection(0-30 min,2 h,4 h after blood collection)on the results of routine blood tests was approved by the hospital ethics committee.Results The results of venous blood and peripheral blood routine(WBC,PLT,RBC,Hb)at the blood sample collection site were significantly different,P<0.05.In addition,0-30 min after blood collection blood,the routine detection WBC,Hb,PLT,RBC index levels were significantly different from 2h and 4h after blood collection,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the levels of WBC,Hb,PLT,and RBC in routine blood tests at 2 h and 4 h after blood collection,P>0.05.Conclusion The blood sample collection location and different testing time after blood collection can affect the results of routine blood test.In order to avoid the influence of blood collection location and testing time on the accuracy of test results,it is recommended to collect blood samples from veins.The earlier the testing time after blood collection,the better.Within 30 minutes is appropriate to maximize the accuracy of blood routine test results.
