NIHSS评分导向的分层护理模式在AIS患者救护中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者救护中美国国立卫生院卒中量表NIHSS)导向的分层护理模式的应用价值。方法选择2020年1月至2021年12月我院收治AIS患者60例为研究对象,以随机数表法分组为对照组、试验组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用NIHSS评分导向的分层护理。比较两组的救护效果。结果试验组救护时间、入院至溶栓治疗时间均明显比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组致残率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组与对照组病死率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在AIS患者救护过程中开展基于NIHSS评分导向的分层护理,可以有效缩短AIS救治时间,提高AIS救治效果,预防和减少AIS相关死亡和残疾,更好改善患者的预后,效果优于常规护理,患者满意度高。Objective To explore the application value of the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)-oriented stratified nursing model in the care of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,60 patients with AIS admitted to our hospital were selected as the study,and the subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the experimental group received NIHSS score-oriented stratified nursing care.The rescue effects of the two groups were compared.Results The rescue time and the time from admission to thrombolysis in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disability rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mortality between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical nursing based on NIHSS score guidance during the rescue of AIS patients can effectively shorten the time of AIS treatment,improve the effect of AIS treatment,prevent and reduce AIS related deaths and disabilities,and better improve the prognosis of patients.The effect is better than conventional nursing,and the patient satisfaction is high.
