摘  要:目的:探究选择性α-2受体激动剂右美托咪定对颈动脉内膜剥脱术患者炎症、氧化应激及脑功能的影响。方法:选择2018年1月至2021年12期间本医院的60例接受颈动脉内膜剥脱术患者,随机数字表法简单随机分成对照组、观察组。观察组常规麻醉基础上给予右美托咪定,对照组单纯常规麻醉。比较两组患者的神经功能:血清炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、氧化应激因子丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、星形胶质源性蛋白(S100β)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的含量。结果:相比于对照组,治疗后观察组患者TNFα、IL-6、ICAM-1、MDA、S100β、NSE的含量降低程度显著升高(P<0.05);MMSE评分、BDNF、TGF-β1含量升高程度显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:在颈动脉内膜剥脱术中,选择性α-2受体激动剂右美托咪定可抑制炎症、氧化应激反应,起到脑保护作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of selectiveα-2 receptor agonists dexmedetomidine on inflammation,oxidative stress and brain functions in patients undergoing carotid endarterectomy.Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent carotid endarterectomy in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The observation group was given dexmedetomidine anesthesia,and the control group was given routine anesthesia.The neurological function of the two groups were compared.Serum inflammatory factor TNFα,ICAM-1 and oxidative stress factor MDA,IL-6,S100β,neural function markers BDNF,TGF-β1,NSE,were detected.Results:The decreases of TNFα,IL-6,ICAM-1,MDA,S100βand NSE in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).MMSE score,BDNF,and TGF-β1 in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The selectiveα-2 receptor agonists dexmedetomidine could inhibit inflammation and oxidative stress,and protect brain functions.
