摘 要:目的在颅内血管性病变影像诊断中,分析CTA成像技术的应用价值。方法随机选择我院2018年7月至2019年6月接诊的疑似颅内血管性病变患者86例为临床观察对象,随机将患者分为两组,观察组患者采用CTA成像技术进行检查,对照组患者采用传统的DSA技术进行检查,在此基础上,两组患者均在入院接受治疗之后接受病理检查,以病理检查结果为参照,分析两组患者检查的准确率。结果从两组患者的诊断准确率来看,观察组患者的总诊断准确率为97.67%,对照组患者的总诊断准确率为86.05%,观察组患者的总诊断准确率要高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。而从两组患者的疾病检出率来看,观察组患者的总检出率为95.00%,对照组患者的总检出率为87.80%,观察组患者的总检出率要远高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对于颅内血管性病变患者,相比于传统DSA技术,CTA成像技术无论是从诊断准确率的角度,还是从疾病检出率的角度来讲都有更好的表现。Objective To analyze the application value of CTA imaging technology in the imaging diagnosis of intracranial vascular diseases.Methods Eighty-six patients with suspected intracranial vascular diseases admitted in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were randomly selected as the clinical observation objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the observation group were examined with CTA imaging technology,and the patients in the control group were examined with traditional DSA technology.On this basis,the patients in both groups received pathological examination after being hospitalized for treatment,with the pathological examination results as reference,the accuracy of the two groups of patients was analyzed.Results The study showed that the total diagnostic accuracy rate of the patients in the observation group was 97.67%,and the total diagnostic accuracy rate of the patients in the control group was 86.05%.The total diagnostic accuracy rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the patients in the control group.From the disease detection rate of the two groups of patients,the total detection rate of patients in the observation group is 95.00%,and the total detection rate of patients in the control group is 87.80%.The total detection rate of patients in the observation group was much higher than that of patients in the control group.Conclusion For patients with intracranial vascular lesions,compared with traditional DSA technology,CTA imaging technology has better performance from the perspective of diagnostic accuracy and disease detection rate.
