舒适护理在钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的对舒适护理干预在钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折患者护理中的应用价值及效果加以探讨和分析。方法选择我院骨科2018年6月至2021年5月收治的锁骨骨折患者198例作为此次的研究对象,所有患者均实施钢板内固定手术的治疗。通过电脑随机分组原则将198例骨折患者分成两组,针对参照组99例手术患者开展基础护理,针对试验组99例手术患者加用舒适护理,比较两组锁骨骨折患者的治疗效果和预后价值。结果试验组患者护理后的焦虑评分、术后疼痛评分低于参照组患者(P<0.05);试验组患者干预后的肩关节功能评分、肩关节(L'Insalata)评分及生活质量评分均高于参照组患者(P<0.05);试验组的护理满意度高于参照组(P=0.001);试验组患者的术后康复时间相对于参照组患者更短(P<0.001)。结论在钢板内固定手术治疗锁骨骨折患者的过程中配合舒适护理干预的效果较为显著,能减轻患者身心压力,加速患者术后肩关节功能的康复,提高患者的生活质量水平,缩短患者的康复时间,促进患者预后。Objective To explore and analyze the application value and effect of comfort nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with clavicular fracture treated by internal fixation with steel plate.Methods One hundred and ninety-eight patients with clavicular fracture admitted from June 2018 to May 2021 in the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients were treated with plate internal fixation.198 cases of fracture patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of computer random grouping.Basic nursing was carried out for 99 cases of operation patients in the reference group,and comfortable nursing was added for 99 cases of operation patients in the test group.The therapeutic effect and prognostic value of the two groups of clavicle fracture patients were compared.Results The preoperative anxiety score and postoperative pain score of the patients with clavicular fracture in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The shoulder function,L'Inslata and quality of life scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than in the control group(P=0.001).The postoperative rehabilitation time of the patients in the test group was shorter than that of the patients in the reference group(P<0.001).Conclusion The effect of comfort nursing intervention in the process of internal fixation with steel plate for the treatment of clavicular fracture patients is significant,which can reduce the physical and mental pressure of patients,accelerate the rehabilitation of shoulder joint function,improve the quality of life of patients,shorten the rehabilitation time of patients,and promote the prognosis of patients.
