某综合医院门诊麻醉药品、第一类精神药品规范化管理成效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨医院门诊所发放的麻醉药品与第一类精神药品的不合理处方,并总结药物的规范化管理措施。方法选取某综合医院2019年7月至2022年7月由门诊开具的1302张处方进行研究,所有处方中均涉及麻醉药品或第一类精神药品。结合规范化管理措施实施前后分为两组,在规范化管理实施之前定义为实施前,管理实施后定义为实施后。分析对比实施前后处方合格率与登记差错率。结果实施规范化管理措施后的处方合格率明显高于实施前,登记差错率明显低于实施前,指标之间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论针对医院门诊的麻醉药品、第一类精神药品采取规范化管理,能够有效降低药品不合理处方的发生风险,明显提高药物用药质量。Objective To explore the irrational prescription of narcotic drugs and first class psychotropic drugs distributed in the outpatient department of the hospital,and summarize the standardized management measures of drugs.Methods One thousand three hundred and two prescriptions issued by the outpatient department of a general hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected for study.All prescriptions involved narcotic drugs or first class psychotropic drugs.In combination with the implementation of standardized management measures,it is divided into two groups before and after the implementation of standardized management measures.Analyze and compare the prescription qualification rate and registration error rate.Results The qualified rate of prescription after implementation was significantly higher than that before implementation,and the registration error rate was significantly lower than that before implementation.The indicators reached the statistical standard(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management of narcotic drugs and first class psychotropic drugs in hospital outpatient service can effectively reduce the risk of irrational prescription of drugs,and can significantly improve the quality of drug use,which is worthy of promotion.
