血清特异性IgE和总IgE测定在过敏性疾病诊断中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的试验将针对过敏性疾病患者实施治疗,分析血清特异性IgE和总IgE测定结果与健康群体的差异,探讨血清特异性IgE和总IgE测定在过敏性疾病诊断中的效果。方法选取80例过敏性疾病患者为对象(观察组),研究时间为2022年1月至2022年12月,同时选取同期健康体检者为对照组,对比各组患者的血清特异性IgE和总IgE测定结果。结果在过敏源统计中,针对4种过敏性疾病患者进行了详细的调研,发现在尘螨组合、食物性过敏源(鸡蛋/牛奶)、海鱼组合中过敏人数更多。观察组患者的sIgE为57.50%,对照组仅为6.25%,两组具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,在t IgE阳性率上,观察组为52.50%,对照组则为8.75%,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。最后,在过敏性疾病患者的血清特异性IgE和总IgE的敏感性上分别为81.25%和71.25%,在特异性上分别为71.25%和31.25%,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用血清特异性IgE和总IgE对于过敏性疾病患者进行诊断分析,可以提供重要依据,便于开展治疗。Objective This experiment will treat patients with allergic diseases,analyze the difference of serum specific IgE and total IgE detection results and healthy population,to investigate the effects of serum-specific IgE and total IgE assays in the diagnosis of allergic diseases.Methods Eighty patients with allergic diseases were selected as subjects from January 2022 to December 2022.Healthy subjects in the same period were selected as control group.Serum specific IgE and total IgE were compared.Results It can be seen from the data that in the statistics of allergens,patients with four kinds of allergic diseases were investigated in detail.Record recording showed that the number of people with allergies was more in the dust mite combination,food allergy source(egg/milk),and Marine fish combination.The sIgE of the observation group was 57.50%,and that of the control group was 6.25%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the positive rate of tIgE was 52.50%in the observation group and 8.75%in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Finally,the sensitivity of serum specific IgE and total IgE in patients with allergic diseases were 81.25%and 71.25%,and the specificity was 71.25%and 31.25%,respectively,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of serum specific IgE and total IgE in the diagnosis and analysis of patients with allergic diseases can provide important basis and facilitate the development of treatment.
