优质护理对冠心病心绞痛患者心理状态及疼痛控制的影响

摘　　要：目的分析冠心病心绞痛患者护理需求,评价优质护理干预对患者心理状态、疼痛控制等方面的积极影响,为心内科护理工作提供参考。方法选择我院心内科2019年6月至2020年3月诊治的112例冠心病心绞痛患者,在对症用药支持治疗的基础上以1∶1比例法分组护理。对照组(n=56)患者采取心内科常规护理,观察组(n=56)患者采取心内科常规护理+优质护理干预,比较两组冠心病心绞痛患者的心理状态、生活质量改善情况以及疼痛控制效果。结果干预前,组间焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生活质量简化SF-36生活质量量表躯体功能(BP)评分差异无显著性(P均>0.05);干预后,组间SAS、SDS、BP评分比较干预前改善,观察组指标评分均优于对照组(P均<0.05);组间疼痛控制总有效率比较,观察组(98.21%)高于对照组(80.35%)(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者药物保守治疗期间配合优质护理干预可以促进疼痛控制,并进一步改善患者的心理状态和生活质量,护理效果获得肯定。Objective To analyze the nursing needs of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,to evaluate the positive impact of high-quality nursing interventions on patients'mental state and pain control,so as to provide references for cardiology nursing work.Method We selected 112 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris diagnosed and treated in our hospital's cardiology department from June 2019 to March 2020.Based on symptomatic medication and supportive treatment,they were divided into groups with a 1∶1 ratio.Patients in the control group(n=56)were treated with routine cardiology care,and patients in the observation group(n=56)were treated with routine cardiology care+high-quality nursing intervention.The psychological status,quality of life improvement and pain control of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were compared between the two groups effect.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the physical function(BP)scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Simplified SF-36 Quality of Life Scale between the groups(all P>0.05);after the intervention,the SAS,SDS,and BP scores between the groups were improved compared with those before the intervention.The index scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the total effective rate of pain control between the groups was compared,98.21%of the observation group was higher than the control group 80.35%(P<0.05).Conclusion During conservative treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,with high-quality nursing intervention can promote pain control,and further improve the patient's psychological state and quality of life,and the nursing effect has been affirmed.
