综合护理干预对行抗结核药物治疗老年肺结核患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨老年肺结核患者在使用抗结核药物治疗过程对其实施综合护理干预的效果。方法按照对比护理的方式展开研究,所选入病例共计为88例,为本院在2018年7月至2019年6月所接诊,分为两组各44例,对照组在治疗期间各方面护理操作按照常规模式进行展开,观察组实施综合护理干预进行干预。针对两组护理满意度、并发症发生率以及病症缓解用时、治疗期间生活质量进行统计,并对比两组患者护理后肺功能指标改善情况。结果观察组护理满意度、并发症发生率以及病症缓解用时、治疗期间生活质量、护理后肺功能指标改善情况均优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论老年肺结核患者在接受抗结核药物治疗过程中展开综合护理干预,可有效降低患者在治疗过程中并发症发生率,并提升其生活质量。Objective To analyze the specific effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The study was carried out in the way of comparative nursing.A total of 88 cases were selected,which were received by our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019.44 cases were selected from the group.During the treatment,all aspects of nursing operations were carried out according to the conventional mode,that is,the control group,and the remaining 44 cases needed comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,the incidence of complications,the time for remission and the quality of life during treatment were counted,and the improvement of pulmonary function indexes after nursing was compared between the two groups.Results By comparing the nursing satisfaction,the incidence of complications,the time for disease relief,the quality of life during treatment and the improvement of pulmonary function indexes after nursing,the observation group had obvious advantages(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve their quality of life.
