摘  要:目的就营养支持护理对ICU重症的临床效果予以观察分析,进一步缓解营养不良问题,提升对患者的支持力度,防控不良事件发生,致力于患者病情的综合管理,促使患者转入普通病房及早日康复出院。方法将2021年1月至2022年12月收入本院收治的110例ICU重症患者作为此次研究对象,按治疗措施的不同均分为对照组、观察组各55例。对照组为常规护理,观察组为常规护理+营养支持护理,对比护理成果。结果观察组患者的营养指标(转铁蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白和总蛋白)改善效果优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,在免疫指标(C_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)、IgG和IgM)对比中,观察组患者的各个指标明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。此外,在入住ICU时间和住院时间的统计中,观察组用时均短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。最后,在护理期间,观察组患者不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对ICU重症患者实施营养支持护理指导,效果良好,临床疗效较为理想,对患者的营养指标以及免疫指标改善效果理想,同时可以降低不良事件发生率,缩短患者入院ICU时间和住院时间。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of nutrition support nursing on intensive care unit(ICU),further alleviate the problem of malnutrition,improve the support for patients,prevention and control of adverse events,committed to the comprehensive management of patients'conditions,and promote patients to transfer to the general ward and early recovery and discharge.Methods A total of 110 ICU patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as subjects of this study.According to different treatment measures,they were divided into 55 cases/group control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with routine nursing+nutritional support nursing,and the nursing results were compared.Results According to the data,the improvement effect of nutritional indexes(transferrin,prealbumin,hemoglobin and total protein)in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At the same time,in the comparison of immune indexes(C_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+),IgG and IgM),the situation of patients in the observation group was improved in all indexes,and the range was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).In addition,the duration of ICU stay and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Finally,during the nursing period,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nutritional support nursing guidance for ICU patients has good effectiveness,ideal clinical efficacy,ideal improvement effect on patients'nutritional indexes and immune indexes,and can reduce the incidence of adverse events,shorten the length of ICU stay and hospitalization time.
