精神分裂症合并高血压患者的临床护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症合并高血压患者的临床护理干预。方法选取本院2019年5月至2020年5月收治的96例精神分裂症合并高血压患者作为研究对象,随机掷色子分成对照组与观察组各48例。对照组采用基础护理,观察组在基础护理上增加临床护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组血压水平、睡眠质量评分、精神症状评分、NOSIE评分、家属护理满意度均较对照组更优,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理干预精神分裂症合并高血压,可保障治疗效果,有助于患者保持血压稳定,并有效改善睡眠质量与精神状况,同时预后质量良好,亦可赢得患者家属对护理服务的高度认可,有利于和谐护患关系的形成。Objective To explore the clinical nursing intervention for patients with schizophrenia and hypertension.Methods A total of 96 patients with schizophrenia and hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 48 cases each.The control group adopts basic nursing,and the observation group adds clinical nursing to the basic nursing to compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The observation group's blood pressure level,sleep quality score,mental symptom score,NOSIE score,and family care satisfaction were better than those of the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention for schizophrenia with hypertension can ensure the treatment effect,help patients maintain stable blood pressure,and effectively improve sleep quality and mental status.At the same time,the prognosis is of good quality,and it can also win the patient's family's high recognition of nursing services,which is conducive to harmony cultivation of the nurse-patient relationship.
