摘　　要：目的探讨显微手术治疗脑干及围脑干肿瘤的临床效果。方法将2017年10月至2022年9月我院收治的40例脑干及围脑干肿瘤患者按照治疗方式的不同分为手术组(26例,显微手术方案)和对照组(14例,放射治疗方案)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果手术组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,手术组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、胸苷激酶1(TK1)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论显微手术治疗脑干及围脑干区肿瘤患者的临床效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effects of microsurgery in the treatment of brain stem tumor and around brain stem tumor.Methods From October 2017 to September 2022,40 patients with brain stem tumor and around brain stem tumor admitted in our hospital were divided into operation group(26 cases,microsurgery scheme)and control group(14 cases,radiotherapy scheme)according to different treatment methods.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in treatment of the operation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and thymidine kinase 1(TK1)levels of the operation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The microsurgery on patients with brain stem tumor and around brain stem tumor has a significant clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
