新加香薷饮合止嗽散加减治疗夏季社区获得性肺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨新加香薷饮合止嗽散加减治疗夏季社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的80例夏季社区获得性肺炎患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予头孢呋辛钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予新加香薷饮合止嗽散加减治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的气短胸闷、咳嗽、神疲乏力、痰量评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的体温恢复时间、咳嗽缓解时间、啰音消失时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的D-二聚体(D-D)、可溶性髓样细胞触发受体-1(sTREM-1)水平及IκB-α表达量低于对照组,抗凝血酶Ⅲ(ATⅢ)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新加香薷饮合止嗽散加减治疗夏季社区获得性肺炎的效果较好,可改善临床症状,减轻炎症反应,调节凝血功能,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Xinjia Xiangru Yin and Zhisousan in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in summer.Methods A total of 80 patients with community-acquired pneumonia in summer admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefuroxime sodium,and the observation group was treated with modified Xinjia Xiangru Yin and Zhisousan on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of shortness of breath,chest tightness,cough,mental fatigue and sputum volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The temperature recovery time,cough relief time,rale disappearance time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of D-dimer(D-D),soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1(sTREM-1)and expression of IκB-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the antithrombinⅢ(ATⅢ)was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xinjia Xiangru Yin and Zhisousan in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in summer has better effect,it can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the inflamma
