肾衰宁颗粒结合前列地尔治疗慢性肾衰竭的效果及对TGF-β1、CTGF及FN水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析肾衰宁颗粒结合前列地尔治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的100例慢性肾衰竭患者为研究对象,根据临床用药差异将其分为常规组(50例,常规前列地尔治疗)和结合组(50例,肾衰宁颗粒结合前列地尔治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果结合组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,结合组的血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、纤维连接蛋白(FN)水平低于常规组,内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)高于常规组(P<0.05)。结合组的不良反应总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论肾衰宁颗粒结合前列地尔治疗慢性肾衰竭的效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenshuaining granules combined with alprostadil in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic renal failure admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of clinical medication,the patients were divided into conventional group(50 cases,conventional alprostadil treatment)and combined group(50 cases,Shenshuaining granules combined with alprostadil treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)and fibronectin(FN)in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group,while the creatinine clearance(Ccr)was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenshuaining granules combined with alprostadil in the treatment of chronic renal failure has a significant effect.
